First off I would like to say that the replacement duct work your company installed in the Dry-off oven for me this past week is beautiful and I am so happy about it. I was very happy and impressed with the crew, led by Jack Phillips that came in here. I got to spend time and bond with some with them. I am very happy with their work and was even more impressed that Kevin Lucas, our ChemQuest Sales Rep, drove down here to help. I believe this says so much about your company.
We will be looking maybe a year or two from now to rebuild my line and from what I saw from your workers, your company will get my business, and that’s a promise. You may have a smaller company, but the work your company does is impressive and I see great things for ChemQuest. I told Kevin that I’m so happy with your company that I want to sit down and discuss giving your company my chemical business. You have two good people there in Jack and Kevin and I appreciate both of them and the crew they brought in.
